We promote individuality and creativity! This individual/individuals will become a face of the market stand as our guests and customers love building relationships with our attendants. Our customer base ranges from young kids to parents and it’s important that no matter age, a person is treated kindly. As this is our third summer in Hilliard we are looking for someone that will take ownership of the cart and learn and help devise what is best for us to succeed in this community. Individuality, flexibility and responsibility is crucial as this attendant will most likely be working alone and changes may come often as we learn our systems and management of this new space. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: An ice pop cart attendant’s responsibility will consist of serving Rime Time Pops from an ice cream cart located inside of the Hilliard Center Street Market. Daily responsibilities will include: · Greeting and helping customers that approach the ice pop cart. · Ensuring that customers are appreciated and taken care of. · Recording and reporting daily ice pop inventory. · Help promote our company culture of kindness and customer satisfaction. · Representing our brand and mission to new customer’s that have never been to Rime Time Pops before. · Moving/rolling the cart indoors and outsides daily, depending on the weather at the Center Street Market.
